1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Job Ready Resume ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Use of Service

Job Ready Resume grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Resume Builder tools for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use this service.
  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or hack the resume builder code.

3. User Content & Data

You retain full ownership of the resumes, cover letters, and data you create using our tools.

Key Point: We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.

Since we operate as a client-side tool, you are responsible for saving and backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data caused by browser cache clearing or device failure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Job Ready Resume makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Job Ready Resume, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
